Welcome to our new surgery website

Patient Notice:

Hello! Welcome to our brand new surgery website, we hope you find our new layout useful and easy to navigate. We are still working to add some additional information related to various healthcare needs over the coming weeks, however you can still use this site to schedule appointments and request prescriptions just like our old site, using the navigation bar across the top of your screen. Whilst you are new here, please feel free to use this as an opportunity to explore some additional information now available in our new “Appointments”, “Prescription’s” and “Health Information” sections. We hope this new site helps to improve your online experience with our practice!

If you need any help our team will be pleased to assist you. We have the following access for our disabled patients and visitors:

  • Disabled parking
  • Disabled WC
  • Induction loop
  • Wheelchair access
  • Step-free access

Extended Hours

We offer appointments outside of core opening hours during the week, at weekends and Bank Holidays at our Primary Care Network (PCN) Hubs. Please contact reception for further details.

Out of Hours and Emergencies

For health information and advice, or if you need medical help fast when we are closed, call NHS 111. NHS 111 is the number to call when you need medical help fast but it’s not a life threatening emergency.
